Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a little convenience store located on the premises. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee delicious. my room was nice and quiet until my upstairs neighbor started walking around. I can hear his footsteps clomping around. When trying to contact the hotel for airport pick up, I had to let the phone ring 12 times before somebody picked it up. The bath towels felt like sandpaper. Fairfield can use really good fabric softener. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were horrible.

Left too early to enjoy breakfast. Received yogurts, muffins and unusable cold water bottles (going to airport, tsa, etc. Cassandra, at front desk, was terrific. The night shift guy was nice, too. Very comfy bed, hot shower. Reliable shuttle.

The location near the airport was good. I walked to a restaurant next door to the hotel as the hotel did not have a restaurant where I could have eaten dinner. I like to walk, so it was pleasant to walk to the restaurant.

The Breakfast was a typical breakfast for a hotel, not the best but not bad. The location of the hotel seemed quiet.

First and foremost the employee working the check in was awesome. Jerome or Jermaine sorry had a long day yesterday with flight cancellations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t express how much he helped us late at night.
